GraceKids is our children’s ministry for kids ages 3 to 12. We connect our kids to Christ each week through interactive Bible stories, object lessons, games, and upbeat worship while developing in them a heart to serve Christ and minister to others. Kids are dismissed from the main worship service each Sunday morning to go to GraceKids. All our children’s workers are trained and approved to work with kids.
Square One Students
Square One is our youth ministry for students in 6th through 12th grades. Our team of youth coaches pour into our teens and work to teach them how Christ wants us to live. Square One meets in the youth building each Wednesday night at 6:30 for a time of fun, worship and the Word. All our youth workers are trained and approved to work with teens.
Sunlight Kids Nursery
We place a high priority on children. We believe that children are our greatest treasure and are a responsibility not to be taken lightly. A fully staffed and equipped nursery is available for young children aged newborn to 3 years during the Sunday morning worship service and Wednesday evening classes/services. All nursery workers are trained and approved to work with children.
The Grace Ladies ministry is for all the women of the church. Grace Ladies meet on a quarterly basis for times of food, fun and fellowship. Grace Ladies also engage in service projects through the year to show Christ to our community.
The Grace Men’s ministry is for all the men of the church. Grace Men get together throughout the year for events like the annual Skeet Shoot and Fish Fry.
Landmark is our ministry for our seniors, aged 55 and older. Landmark meets on the first Wednesday of each month in the church fellowship hall for lunch. They also reach out to residents of the 3rd Floor at Northwest Florida Community Hospital.
Cross Training is our Christian education program. Each Wednesday night, there are age-appropriate Bible classes for the whole family. Cross Training classes meet at 6:30 each week.
Grace Assembly performs several community outreaches in and around Chipley each year. You’ll find us at the Panhandle Watermelon Festival, the Christmas Parade and Festival, and many other such community events. We also host an annual Civil Servant’s Banquet to show appreciation to our local law enforcement and first responders. Our mission is to connect our world to Christ. We are always looking for people to volunteer at these outreaches!
C.O.R.E. is our ministry to young adults, from college age to 40s. C.O.R.E. engages in service projects throughout the year to reach our community for Christ. All, whether singles, couples, or young parents are welcome to join this group which meets on Wednesdays as a part of Cross Training.
Each ministry at Grace Assembly participates in missions. Grace is a missions church. Whether it’s worldwide, like GraceKids providing for freshwater wells in Africa through BGMC, Square One providing transportation for our missionaries across the world through Speed the Light, or raising funds for Fire Bibles to be translated in people’s native languages via Light for the Lost, or local missions, such as Grace Ladies and Landmark ministering to 3rd Floor residents at NFCH, or C.O.R.E. providing baskets to show appreciation to hardworking local businesses, or providing groceries for families in need through Chipley’s Love in Action ministry, we believe participating in missions is the heart of God. We support many US and world missionaries, and members of our congregation participate in stateside and foreign missions trips annually.
Here at Grace Assembly, it’s important to us that everyone feels welcome. We never want a guest to enter the building and not be greeted warmly and welcomed into the service. Our greeters and ushers ensure that you can safely take part in the worship service without worry or distraction. Information about the church is also available at the Connection Center in the church foyer. Please let us know how we can serve you and your family.
